WEB APP / PRODUCT ENGINEERING
I design and build web applications with authentication, roles, data, dashboards, APIs, files, notifications and real business logic — from the first core flow to production.
Beyond a website
A web app is the right model when users have state, data, roles and recurring operations that must survive beyond a single session.
Registration, profile, requests, history, documents, messages, statuses and personal data.
Teams work with orders, entities, queues, rules and reporting inside the browser.
Users receive direct utility through calculation, management, data processing, subscription or automation.
Technical scope
A strong web application starts with data, roles and critical operations rather than screen count.
Registration, login, recovery, RBAC, permissions and server-side authorization.
Models, relations, migrations, search, filters, states and transactional operations.
Operational screens, loading/empty/error states, responsive layouts and information density.
REST APIs, webhooks, payments, CRM, Telegram, external services and background jobs.
Private storage, upload/download, email/Telegram and event-driven flows.
Tests, env, HTTPS, server, logs, backups and controlled releases.
Process
Define roles, entities and the first end-to-end value flow.
Design data, APIs, permissions and frontend/backend boundaries.
Build working vertical slices rather than empty screens.
Failures, races, permissions, mobile, performance, deployment and backups.
Real mechanics
Danaflex and DROPIX represent two very different web products: an operational system and an interactive platform.
Trust / How I work
The stressful part of software is rarely just the price. It is not knowing what is happening, who owns the outcome, or what remains under your control after launch. I design the process to make those things visible from the start.
The project has clear stages, a current state and a next action. No vague “almost done” status and no technical fog.
The codebase, structure and key credentials do not become leverage. The product can be continued without artificial vendor lock-in.
No manager translating between the problem and the implementation. Context stays intact and decisions can be discussed directly.
Before active development, I review scope, integrations, data, critical flows and launch constraints. That is cheaper than repairing the architecture after release.
FAQ / Web app
A website is primarily consumed. In a web app, users authenticate, manipulate their own data, perform operations and return to persisted state.
Budget follows roles, entities, critical operations, integrations and reliability requirements. The useful first step is defining the first complete vertical flow.
Yes. One end-to-end flow with a real database and backend is usually more valuable than twenty disconnected screens.
Yes. Repository, infrastructure access and data should stay under client control without vendor lock-in.
Start
Who enters the system, what they do and what result they need. That is enough to start mapping roles, data and architecture.
