Lead qualification
Ask the right questions, keep context and send a structured lead to a manager.
TELEGRAM BOT / BUSINESS AUTOMATION
Telegram bots for leads, booking, notifications, payments, subscriptions, CRM/API integration, administration, AI assistants and Mini Apps.
What can be automated
Business bots usually exist to respond faster, remove repetitive manual work or move part of a product into Telegram.
Ask the right questions, keep context and send a structured lead to a manager.
Availability, confirmation, rescheduling, reminders and calendar or CRM synchronization.
Payments, subscriptions, access delivery, states and automated post-payment actions.
Scope
For a serious bot, Telegram is the interface. Logic, data and reliability live on the backend.
Commands, buttons, states, backtracking, failures and a clear user path.
Users, leads, orders, subscriptions, settings and event history.
Lead transfer, status retrieval, synchronization and webhooks.
Payment creation, callbacks, idempotency and confirmed result handling.
Knowledge assistant with sources, boundaries and human fallback.
When messages are not enough, complex UI can live as a web application inside Telegram.
Process
Define the manual operation that should disappear or become faster.
User states, data, failures and human handoff.
CRM, calendar, payment, API, AI or internal system.
Test retries, timeouts, permissions, webhooks and production.
KVI approach
The public portfolio currently demonstrates the adjacent backend, API and automation engineering needed for reliable bot work.
Trust / How I work
The stressful part of software is rarely just the price. It is not knowing what is happening, who owns the outcome, or what remains under your control after launch. I design the process to make those things visible from the start.
The project has clear stages, a current state and a next action. No vague “almost done” status and no technical fog.
The codebase, structure and key credentials do not become leverage. The product can be continued without artificial vendor lock-in.
No manager translating between the problem and the implementation. Context stays intact and decisions can be discussed directly.
Before active development, I review scope, integrations, data, critical flows and launch constraints. That is cheaper than repairing the architecture after release.
FAQ / Telegram bot
A simple lead bot and a product with payments, CRM, AI and Mini App are different project classes. Scope and integrations should be fixed before estimation.
Yes, when the CRM exposes an API, webhooks or another reliable exchange channel.
Yes. Confirmation should be processed on the backend with repeated callbacks handled safely.
Yes. For business use, it should be grounded in a defined knowledge source, bounded by scenario and able to hand off to a person.
Start
Collect a lead, book a client, check status, accept payment, answer from a knowledge base or connect systems. That is enough to shape the flow.
