API / WEBHOOKS / INTEGRATIONS

API and systems integration development

I connect websites and business systems through REST APIs, webhooks, queues and reliable synchronization: CRM, payments, Telegram, OpenCart, external services and data imports.

When integration is needed

Data should move automatically and predictably

Integration becomes valuable when teams copy data manually, systems disagree about state or a business process is split across tools.

01

Website ↔ CRM

Leads, customers, deals and statuses move automatically with duplicate protection.

02

Catalog ↔ accounting

Prices, stock, products and orders synchronize by clear rules rather than manual spreadsheets.

03

Service ↔ service

Payments, Telegram, email, documents or external APIs become one managed workflow.

Scope

Contract, reliability and observability

A successful integration is more than the first HTTP 200. Timeouts, duplicates, retries and partial failures need explicit behavior.

01

REST API

Endpoints, schemas, validation, errors, authentication and versioning.

02

Webhooks

Signatures, idempotency, retries, queues and duplicate-delivery protection.

03

Synchronization

Identifier mapping, upsert, conflicts, incremental sync and reconciliation.

04

Payments

Payment creation, callbacks, states, repeated events and secure result handling.

05

CRM / CMS / Telegram

Connect channels and internal systems through explicit contracts.

06

Logs and recovery

Actionable diagnostics, replay and proof that data was not lost.

Process

Design from failure scenarios

01 / Contract

Define the source of truth and data moving in each direction.

02 / Identity

Map the same entity across systems without duplicates.

03 / Delivery

Retries, idempotency, queues, timeouts and event ordering.

04 / Recovery

Make failures visible and safely replayable.

Integration work

Real projects include connected systems

The cases show market data, OpenCart and other external contours rather than static UI.

Trust / How I work

Less uncertainty.
More control.

The stressful part of software is rarely just the price. It is not knowing what is happening, who owns the outcome, or what remains under your control after launch. I design the process to make those things visible from the start.

01

You always know what is happening

The project has clear stages, a current state and a next action. No vague “almost done” status and no technical fog.

02

Source code and access stay with you

The codebase, structure and key credentials do not become leverage. The product can be continued without artificial vendor lock-in.

03

You talk directly to the developer

No manager translating between the problem and the implementation. Context stays intact and decisions can be discussed directly.

04

Risk before code

Before active development, I review scope, integrations, data, critical flows and launch constraints. That is cheaper than repairing the architecture after release.

FAQ / APIs

What matters before integration

01How much does an API integration cost?

It depends on documentation quality, entity count, direction of exchange and reliability requirements. Two stateless endpoints and bidirectional sync with conflicts are very different projects.

02Can systems be integrated without a ready API?

Sometimes through exports, files, webhooks or an intermediary layer, but reliability and support cost must be assessed separately.

03What is idempotency and why does it matter?

It allows the same event to be received more than once without duplicating an order, payment or record. It is critical for webhooks and payment systems.

04Can synchronization run on a schedule?

Yes. In some environments scheduled polling is more available or more reliable than realtime webhooks.

Start

Tell me which two systems need to talk

And what should happen on create, update and failure. That is enough to start designing the exchange contract.
